No Comments Back again, to try and document all that I eat, in a vain hope that this might bring about some weight-loss.
This time, however, I have another article in my armory. And that is my running. On 16th March I will be running the Cambridge Half Marathon. This is the 4th half marathon that I will have run, and knowing Cambridge, I’m going for a personal best. So the target is 2 hours 16 minutes (or better), and hopefully this will be helped by any weight lost.
I started yesterday with my “official” weigh-in. Topping the scales at 15′ 11″ I am the same weight as I was 3 years ago, but still 2 stone overweight.
That will change!
